The 100 proof pear brandy is very much appreciated for its long taste and its very accurate perfume.

This bottle is the classic 70 centiliters capacity bottle.

The 86 proof pear brandy gives a great fruity taste to all palates.

It seams smoother and, of course, leaves less aggressivity  in the mouth.

The fruit is introduced when it is very small (just after the blossoming) and when it still passes through the neck of the bottle. It grows like the other fruits .The bottle is taken down the tree during the harvest. news of the pear

The bottle is filled with a pear alcohol  fit for soaking which saturates the fruit. When the bottle is ready to be sold the first alcool is poored and filled again with the 86 proof or 100 proof pear brandy.

This brandy is distilled from 110 years old orchard's pears which produces a ligthly upper quality vintage.
